The Former Soviet Union at the SBC

WOW! That headline looks strange doesn't it? Can you imagine seeing that only a few years ago? It still seems strange that we are living and working here when I stop long enough to think about it.

As you may know, at this years SBC meeting the former Soviet Union was given some extra attention and our team leader actually got to address the convention. Brad Stamey did a great job representing the region, the city of Moscow, and our team - The Co-Laborers.

Please click on the link below and then scroll down and click on "The International Mission Board Presentation" link to see the video. In the video, you will see a very good presentation featuring many of the Russians we are working with and also a story about our friend, Genady. He is leading one of the church plants now and his story will touch your heart and perhaps give you a glimpse into what God has already done and what He is going to do here in Moscow Russia.

Enjoy!

I was watching the convention 'live' and when this presentation was being given I was wondering if y'all were working in area that he was talking about.

Moscow is a big city, so I didn't know if you were in another group. Thanks for pointing this out.
